Hi, my name is Rachael Brooks and I am the Career Tech Counselor for Troy-Pike Center for Technology.  I have a B.S. Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology, and a M.S. degree in Education. This year marks my 17th year in Education.  In the past I have worked with Special Education, 1st grade teacher, Elementary Counselor, and into my 8th year as Career Tech Counselor.  My duties include college admissions, registering for ACT, assisting with FAFSA, scholarships, assisting students with career interests and goals, which include career and technical educational pathways, National Technical Honor Society, dual enrollment classes, 231 Externship, and anything else related to career and technical education.
